Mobile Broadband Plans Included in India Software Company Unit

UTV Software, an Indian conglomerate known for it's content for mobile broadband plans, interactive, and new media businesses has reported higher revenue from these key areas. The company's Ignition unit has signed deals worth $10 million for the rights to the console game El Shaddai, and plans to market that game in Japan, with targeted sales of 500000 units.
The company's interactive segment (which includes mobile broadband and new media) operates portals like techtree.com and distributes movies and music-based products to mobiles including CRBTs, ringtones, wallpapers, and video clips. It is currently focused on creating and aggregating video content for 3G and 4G platforms. UTV's True Games unit will be releasing the new game 'Mytheon' this quarter and 'Faxion' in Q4, and it's Indiagames unit has launched the first ad funded game on Reliance Big TV DTH platform. The growth of the Indian economy has demonstrated the strength of Indian companies, such as UTV Software, and there are expected to be plenty of innovative products released from India.
